We give you everything you need to get 30 clients in 12 weeks. But it’s up to you if you want to hit the target inputs.

This is your business, so nobody will hold you at gunpoint to show up. We assume if you’ve come to us to set up an online coaching business, that you actually want to. That you’ll log in, follow the process, raise your hand and make use of the support.

This is actually the problem with our guarantee, and we’ve debated getting rid of it because of this: For some people, knowing they’ll always have access can cause some them to procrastinate. That’s why we reject 60% of applications to work with us.

We’re the sat-nav, but you’re the driver.

The programme is everything you need to get the result.

You’re looking for testimonials, you want certainty. You want to see how other people did on the programme. Great, we’ve got hundreds on this site. But those people did the work. So it’s not really that helpful. Some people sign up and don’t ever log in, they ignore our calls etc 🤷‍♂️

Using the programme to hit your goal: 🎯

1. Decide how much time you have to dedicate to this.

2. You decide on your goal based on your constraints. How many clients do you want, and how fast? (Not everyone wants 30 clients!)

3. Do the volume.

Be realistic: Does the time you’ve set aside for this reflect what’s required to hit the goal?

  • We are giving you the system, but you need to show up and deploy it. Nobody can give you the clients.
  • We need an agreement from you: Big goals require big commitment. If you’re not prepared to go at maximum speed and enjoy the ride instead, that’s fine. Go easier on yourself: set a smaller goal and slower pace.
  • If things change, if life gets in the way, we course-correct and keep things moving.
  • We’re working together 1-2-1 for the first 12 weeks to help you get there. After that, your 1-2-1 coaching ends, and you should be clear on the daily actions to get there, with the hotseats and community for support.

What is required for 30 clients🤝

From our programme:

  • If you’re aiming for 30 clients, be aware that is the full-speed option. You need to do what’s required to get there. Your results come from your output, not your hours. It’s not about hustle or ‘trying really hard’. Don’t sink hours into side-quests. Your target lead generation is the needle mover.

Here’s how you’d need to show up:

- Full engagement with the programme

- 10 hours per week minimum of focused work on your roadmap tasks + allow additional 2-5hr for the modules + hotseats.

- Weekly check-ins with 1-2-1 coach.

- Regular use of the community check-ins + resources

- Attend at least 1 of the daily Hotseat calls per week. Question submission is available if you cannot make the times. “I’m busy during those times” is not an excuse.).

- You must hit the target volume for acquiring clients:

- Clarify niche + offer in week 1: No delays, procrastination or endless feedback loops with your niche and offer. Market-test your offer ASAP.

- To build the raw materials for your automated selling system (14 day challenge) you need 1-2-1 clients to bridge the gap as ‘paid market research’.

Required volume:

Speargun/Sniper: 50 targeted warm outbound messages per week, scheduling at least 5 ‘bait builder’ posts per week.

Gateway Process: 25 comments per day, 1 post per day. Demonstrate proof of work to your coach each week. Start this ASAP, do not wait for permission or onboarding to begin speaking to leads.

- Running ASS - Ad spend: once your offer is validated organically, test ad budget = £10/day minimum for 10 days. Track your numbers and reinvest profits aggressively.

  • Whichever traffic method you choose, if you see no conversions after 50 leads/conversations, bring provide your tracking sheet for troubleshooting and bring lead conversations to a hotseat and enact any changes/advice.

- If you choose to skip outbound marketing, you must validate your offer with a traffic source of your choice and demonstrate proof of work.

- You must inform your coach if you get stuck or have any concerns about a particular method. We provide a dedicated coaching telegram thread so that you can voice things early to keep things moving. Please use that channel for all questions, concerns + requests, rather than texting the sales team or direct messaging team members, because your message will likely get missed!

- Seek help for any technical hurdles or otherwise. Software tech support and GPT are brilliant for this. Outsourcing low skill activities to freelancers if need be.

What if I don’t hit the goal in 12 weeks?

After 12 weeks, you roll on to monthly 1-2-1 coaching with us at a cheaper rate. If you cancel, you get lifetime access to the programme, alumni community and hotseats.

If you don’t hit your target in that time, don’t beat yourself up - we’re still here with you every step of the way in the community and hotseat calls.

Either way, you’ll have a clear roadmap of what you need to be doing: use the massive amounts of support in the programme to troubleshoot and keep your progress moving.
