Balance

The balance quadrant is all about time with family, loved ones, and friends. It's important to systematize this in the same vein so that these relationships, these really valuable things, are maintained. Set a three-year vision for what you would like your relationships to be like. What do you want your marriage to look like? That can be divided into daily tasks and weekly targets.

Business

The business quadrant is any work projects that you're doing. Look at that all within the context of your vision. If you're looking to get accredited, for example, or if you're looking for new professional qualifications, exams, or projects, set a goal for it.

Accountability

The reason for the 90-day checkpoint is to create a structure of accountability. Set your 90-day checkpoint within those four regions, and then start moving towards them by developing some actionable tasks.
