How the Monthly Coaching Works

As a reminder, by signing up for coaching, you’ve chosen to continue receiving personalized 1-to-1 coaching + Pulse software on a monthly rolling subscription basis. Billing starts for this after the first 12 weeks.

How do I cancel?

Monthly rolling coaching is entirely optional, and you can cancel at any time by speaking directly with your coach.

If you want to continue with Pulse standalone software without the coaching, you can also do that for £79/month.

When Was This Communicated?

We want to make sure we provide you with clarity at every step of the way, which is why we provide multiple touchpoints to remind you throughout the process, before, during and after signing up.

Here are the points where the monthly coaching and Pulse subscription charges is explained:

  • On your 1 hour sales call
  • In the email followup post-sale: We standardise this email to ensure everyone gets an adequate overview of the programme deliverables
  • In the terms that you sign pre-checkout and again post-checkout
  • On your onboarding call with your coach
  • On the signature page immediately after signing up:

You’ve had 12 weeks of coaching so far, and how you make use of the support available is entirely up to you. This is your business, and your growth depends on your engagement with the process.

We want you to get the most out of the programme —but ultimately, we can’t do the work for you. If you aren’t as far as you’d like to be by this point, let’s use this as a chance to realign to the reason you joined in the first place.

Speak to your coach to let them know what you’d need to get back on track, and we’ll work together to do that 💪.
